About the Job:
Job Connection is currently looking for skilled and reliable Fitters to join our team. As a fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining metal structures, piping systems, or machinery—depending on the project. This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with a strong technical background and a precise eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Assemble and fit metal parts and structures
Install piping systems, supports, or machinery (depending on specialization)
Work with hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery
Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality
Follow all safety procedures and workplace regulations
Collaborate with team members and supervisors on site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a fitter (pipe fitter, mechanical fitter, or metal fitter)
Ability to read technical drawings and work accurately
Relevant technical education or certifications (EU-recognized)
VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain one via Job Connection)
Basic communication skills in English, Dutch, or German
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Driver’s license is a plus
